→ How can I pay for my order?
We only accept payments through PayPal, a service you do not need to sign up for to use! We currently do not accept cash or check.
→ How long will my order take to arrive?
Everything is shipped from Belgium and sent out within 5 working days AFTER payment is received. The length of time until your items arrive can vary.
→ Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do! If you can not find your country in the list, please send a message and we will get back to you asap. We handle a flat-rate shipping policy which means there is only one cost per order.
→ Will you restock sold out items?
The selection of products on the site will change continuously. The availability of products at any one time does not guarantee it's future availability. If you have questions about a sold out item you can always contact us.
→ Can I return or exchange an item I have ordered?
Please let us know if you are unhappy with your order and we will do our best to make it right. Unfortunaltely we do NOT offer refunds or exchanges at this time abd will only send out replecement prints in extreme circumstances.
